  • "My husband and I were very impressed with the customer service that we received from David, the sales manager, Richelle, the finance manager, and Ginger, who fitted us for our helmets! As we approached the display of used bikes, David greeted us and gave us an extensive lowdown about the various cruisers we were considering. Once we chose our bike, he gave us a great deal on it and extensively showed us all of the aspects of it! Then Richelle did a fantastic job getting us a much better rate than I could have ever expected on a 2010 bike! She was very professional during the entire transaction despite the computer glitches that occurred! Then David and Richelle introduced us to the parts and service department teams and they were very friendly as well! Then they introduced us to Ginger who did a great job fitting us for our helmets! We were very impressed with the staff and highly recommend Valpo HD to everyone for their riding needs!!!"

  • "The guys Jared and Gary in-service are top notch individuals with knowledge and customer service as well as Jeff and Ryan in parts they go above and beyond I own a 2012 Harley Davidson heritage soft tail and the theme of my bike is Willie G I have it everywhere you can possibly think of Harley Davidson came out with a Willie G horn cover and I wanted one Jeff looked it up and they were back ordered to where I wouldn't receive it till July One quick swift phone call and my man hooked it up I had it two days later I make it a priority to visit Harley Davidson shops whenever I travel and I still have not found one that can come close to Harley Davidson of Valparaiso from service to parts or just hanging out with the fellas you won't find a better no pressured environment when looking for parts or a new bike so if you're looking to buy a Harley Davidson this is the spot"
